Partizipation von Kindern und Jugendlichen in der Festlegung von Familien- und Betreuungsarrangements nach der Trennung der Eltern

Abstract

After a separation, the arrangement of how a family decides where to live and how to care for the children is a key decision. Involving children and their wishes and needs in this decision can be very important for them. Data from the representative Swiss survey of separated parents and children “Wenn die Eltern nicht zusammenwohnen” was used to analyse which factors influence children's participation in deciding on a family or care arrangement.
